May increase insulin requirements. Decreases indinavir levels.

Adverse Reactions for MEGACE

Weight gain, thromboembolic events, heart failure, GI upset, edema, breakthrough menstrual bleeding, dyspnea, tumor flare, hyperglycemia, alopecia, hypertension, carpal tunnel syndrome, mood changes, hot flashes, malaise, asthenia, lethargy, sweating, rash.
